Secteur réputé pour ses bars et ses restaurants, dynamique et très commerçant, très bien desservi par les transports (métros lignes 1,2,6,8,9 et RER A, 3 bus). Marché d'Aligre à proximité.

Nous vous accueillons dans cet appartement atypique de 30m2, situé dans notre maison mais totalement indépendant, proche de la Place de la Nation, Coulée Verte Renée Dumont, Zoo et Bois de Vincennes. Dans une rue typique parisienne, très mignonne et très calme (sens unique, sans voitures garées), l'appartement a entièrement été refait à neuf en 2024. La localisation est idéale pour être au calme à Paris tout en étant proche des lignes de métro qui amènent aux quartiers les plus animés de Paris.
