Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Le logement entier de 75 m², pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée. Espace salle à manger avec table et chaises Lumineux, vue exceptionnelle sur les toits de Paris et la Tour Eiffel. Deux chambres indépendantes une donnant sur la terrasse avec salle d’eau, l’autre avec sa salle de bains. deux wc. Idéal pour deux couples.

Ideal luxurious location 2P 65m² Arc de Triomphe

Superb large 2 P close to the Champs Elysees district which can accommodate 2 adults. This apartment is very well equipped; it is at the foot of the metro (Ternes) and is very quiet. In the surroundings you have supermarket, bakery, good restaurants, market... From CDG airport the taxi journey is about 30 minutes. The Arc de Triomphe-Etoile is 1 minute subway or 5 minutes walk. Your arrival is autonomous, the lock of the apartment is connected which allows to open with a code.

Welcome to Paris. In a typical Parisian neighbourhood, outside the busy tourist areas but not far from them. Located in a beautiful shopping street. The metro is less than 5 minutes walk away and will take you wherever you want to go as we are almost in the centre of Paris, not far from the Arc de Triomphe. My flat will provide you with everything you need in terms of comfort. Transport is within walking distance. Please note that I only welcome single people or couples.
