Notre service de ménage est de qualité hôtelière et nous proposons en supplément le service de navette en voiture de luxe.

Il s'agit de notre lieu de vie permanent, donc vous y trouverez également de nombreux livres, jeux de société etc. L'immeuble est calme, les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées.

Welcome to our haven of peace in the heart of a family-friendly neighborhood in Paris. Enjoy a delightful, tranquil, and bright space with an unobstructed view. Our comfortable sofa bed (160cm wide with duvet) ensures you a restful sleep. With metro and bus stops right at the doorstep, you can easily reach the center of Paris in 15 minutes. For your convenience, a supermarket (open 7 days a week) and a market (3 times a week) are located just downstairs.

A deux pas du parc de la Villette et du canal de l'Ourcq, charmant appartement que nous habitons à l'année, simple et très calme. Ce 2 pièces de 38 m2 donne sur cour intérieure fleurie dans un quartier vivant, proche du métro 7 Crimée et tout commerce (supermarchés, biocoop, bars, restaurants, pharmacie...). Les quais du canal de l'Ourcq sont à 2 minutes à pied. Le centre de Paris est très accessible par le métro 7 ou 5.
