Disposant d'une petite cours intérieur pleine de charme, vous profiterez du calme de cet appartement tout en étant à deux pas, à pieds des principaux lieux et activités parisiennes. Un grand dressing est mis à disposition pour y déposer vos affaires. L'appartement, très lumineux compte 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, un grand salon et le dressing.

Fauteuil convertible en lit une place dans le salon (déplié, le lit fait 80cm x 190cm). Attention : il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

Ce studio est situé à 50 mètres du métro Pelleport. Commerces, cafés et restaurants à proximités. Il est situé au rdc. À 15 minutes de République, et à 25 minutes du cœur de Paris. Pour 2 personnes, le studio comprend un canapé convertible, une cuisine équipée (plaque induction, bouilloire, machine à café et vaisselle), espace repas, une petite SDB (douche, wc, machine à laver lavante/séchante, sèche-cheveux), une TV et un dressing.
