Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. This traditional house,located in the Bourgos area, is dated back in the 16th century and has been fully renovated. The apartment is 67 square meters in total, with a private courtyard and is within a very short walking distance from the Venetian Castle, the port, the central bus station, taxi station, traditional bakery, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and different shops.Although the house is located very close to all those places the neighborhood is very quiet.

Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach
