This stylish 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has it all. Views directly over the main wharf and harbour from the living and master. Cafes, restaurants, shopping strip & beach is at your doorstep. Leave the car in provided park. Fully equipped kitchen, dining and laundry. Comfy bedding, master with Queen bed, 2nd bedroom with twin singles. Enjoy a coffee or a wine on the private balcony and watch the sunset over the harbour. Note: stair access to second floor living and to third floor bedrooms.

All just a 15 minute stroll to the village and seaside.

A delightful very private modern arts and crafts style cottage set in a rural area. It is only a 10 minute walk from Akaroa's main street 1.5 km away. Peace and quiet is assured here, except for the noisy dawn chorus. The cottage is fully self contained with ensuite bathroom, adjoining kitchenette area and a separate downstairs living room. A french inspired private courtyard has quality outdoor furniture with a water feature fish pond.
