This spot is close enough to enjoy the shops and cuisine of Homer 15 mins away, or enjoy the solitude and grab a cocktail at The Homestead nearby. Four miles beyond us takes you to Eveline State Rec Area. The cabin is cozy- monitor heat or the warmth of late day sun through the southwest facing picture windows. Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. The owners have lived in Alaska for over 40 years and are committed to helping you with all there is to experience!

This 384 square foot cabin is located on 1.4 acres. There is a beautiful view of the Mat-Su Valley from the edge of the driveway.
