The old town of Albufeira just a 10 min drive away. Also nearby is Algarve Shopping mall (superstore & cinema ) is just 6km, and the Golf course of Salgados. Maid service &Pool heat are available

And it is only a 15 minute walk to Lagos old town, the marina and lots of nice restaurants. The kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were renovated recently and the furniture is brand new. Our place is in the top floor of our recently built, modern building and it offers a veranda with the city views. We are in the center of Armação de Pêra with a very short walk to the beach. Our place offers the convenience of being downtown where you can have short walks everywhere and no need for car.

Il se situe dans un immeuble de standing au centre ville et proche de toutes les commodités (superettes, marché, restaurants, boutiques, pharmacie...). Il est situé à 40km de Faro et a 20mn de Albufeira. Il est bien localisé pour découvrir la côte oueste avec ses falaises.( praia da Marinha, Benagil, Lagos et Sagres.)
