On 14 acres with a brook, it’s a short walk down a dirt road to a historic covered bridge and town common. Fall colors are breathtaking when taken in from the barn deck, while Spring and Summer visitors enjoy free concerts on the town green on Sundays. Complete with the original school bell, chalk board and desks from 1901 you'll take a trip back in time when you visit! You and your family will love the quiet serenity as you sit by the fire pit and take in the views. This cozy home is perfect for your family vacation or event, couples weekend away or a friends trip. Sugar Hill

Come and embrace the majestic beauty of Vermont from Sugar Hill, a quaint log cabin nestled on 24 acres of beautiful countryside. Enjoy the views of the Canadian mountains from the front porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine; or wander around the pasture or woods behind the cabin. Close to both Jay Peak and downtown Newport, you can enjoy all those locations have to offer, or simply relax. Please note that the stairs to the 2nd floor are steeper than usual.

One bedroom house in pastoral setting with deck, small pond and screened in sitting area. Newly renovated kitchen and full bath. Kick back with a book in front of the stove after a day on the trails or out on the amazing NE kingdom gravel roads at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center (4 mi). Short stroll to maple buns at the Genny or Creemees at Village Store (1/2 mi). Spend the day on the lake at Caspian (8 mi). Stock up at Hill Farmstead Brewery (10 mi).

Rustic Retreat on COC Trails/Near Hill Farmstead

This simple home is the place to go to turn off your phone, breathe, and unwind. Located down a dirt road and on our town's world class cross country ski trail system, it's a 5 min drive to the Craftsbury Outdoor Center and 15 m to Hill Farmstead/Jasper Hill Farm. Close to many places to hike, kayak, downhill ski, and more, the Airbnb is also near many local artists, breweries, and restaurants (Blackbird! Hill Farmstead!).

Village Camping Cabin

Located in the heart of Brownington Village, and about 15 miles from the Canadian border, our property allows for easy access to many scenic locations. Enjoy all that Vermont's Northeast Kingdom has to offer including many beautiful lakes, hiking trails, bike paths, and ski areas. There are about a dozen homes in the village and you will hear traffic going by, including horses and buggies carrying our Amish neighbors.
