Come stay in our sweet, new guesthouse! This is NOT a basement space. It has a real bedroom (not a studio) & full kitchen. The Silver Star cottage is in our backyard but very separate with its own city lane access. Lots of beautiful wood and a cozy vibe. We are 1 block from the fabulous Alberta Arts St. but far enough away that it's quiet here. Perfect! Walk to shops & restaurants. Also easy to access anywhere in the city. There's a double-sized hide a bed couch in the airy living space.

Cozy, new guest cottage in historic Irvington section of Northeast Portland. Our quiet, tree-lined neighborhood is an easy walk to shops, coffee, restaurants, pubs, public transit and the perfect base camp for seeing Portland, Mount Hood, the Oregon Coast, the Columbia River Gorge or wine country. This is also a great spot if you're in town for conferences at the Oregon Convention Center or Trail Blazers, Timbers games. Free street parking, near transit & a 20-minute cab ride from the airport.

Relax in this calm, clean and simple space. Enter in from the sidewalk fence to a little patio great for enjoying your coffee and some fresh air. There is a full kitchen that opens into the living area with a skylight and high windows that offer great natural light. Walk down the hall and enjoy the spacious bathroom with our provided bath tray for real relaxation. Tuck yourself into bed and enjoy the stars or choose to black out windows using our automated shades for uninterrupted sleep.

NE Irving Park Cottage

Irving Park Cottage is designed for your comfort. The space is bright, private, and quiet, with a sunny patio in our garden. It is a separate building in our backyard, built in 2017 with vaulted ceilings, skylights, natural woodwork, heated floors, and air conditioning. It is a clean, modern, pet-free space. It is easy to get to by car and a short trip from the airport with free on-street parking. We are in a walkable, quiet neighborhood near restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and groceries.

Serene Alberta Arts Garden Casita.

Detached casita /studio apt. in one of the hippest neighborhoods in NE Portland; The Alberta Arts District. One queen bed. A portable crib is available upon request for infants, 3rd party bookings will not be accepted. The cleaning fee will be reduced for short stays of two nights. There is a kitchenette with a small fridge, a toaster-oven, a microwave, two-burner stovetop; no oven. The space is ideal for smaller breed dogs, or a larger very mellow dog, but no cats.

The guesthouse is a private oasis in the city. It's surrounded by fruit trees and tall Chinese Mountain bamboo. It's a quick walk to Woodlawn Park, great coffee, a bakery, pizza, whiskey bar, a brewery, seasonal farmers market, and minutes from Alberta Arts District. The airy, open floor plan is filled with natural light, mixed textiles and warm woods. A cedar-surround outdoor shower and private 5x7 Finnish sauna lend to the spa-like setting. Guests say it’s hard to leave!

Walk to Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Bars, Shopping, Mississippi Avenue District, MAX Yellow Line, Public Library, PCC-Cascade Campus. Beautifully furnished space with a fully stocked kitchen, high ceilings, comfy bed and custom-built features like the walk-in shower and kitchen bar. Bright and open indoor/outdoor living with French doors that open to a private patio. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Well-behaved dogs are permitted. No cats.

Our Guesthouse - Alberta Park - 2 bedrooms (queen)

Our goal is for you to feel at home during your stay with the convenient location and amenities. You'll have the space all to yourself as you explore Portland and the surrounding areas or to return to after visiting friends and family. Walk to excellent restaurants, call in a local delivery, or stay in and cook with a fully equipped kitchen. Restless kids (or adults) can grab a ball and explore the 16 acre park one block away. Unit is non-smoking/vaping and pet free.

Enjoy this modern, open, bright space! Sleep soundly in the queen bed, or on the sofa bed if you need the extra space. Full kitchen is ready for anything from prepping some of Portland's finest coffee to making dinner for your whole party (or maybe just heating up some of your leftovers from a delicious spot in the city!) Located less than a mile from Alberta St, Williams Ave, or Mississippi Ave - you'll always be close to the action! Enjoy NE Portland like a local!

Cozy Alley Cottage, Concordia/Alberta Arts, NE PDX

Come enjoy our beautiful detached cottage, in a Concordia alley 5 blocks from Alberta Street. French doors lead onto your own private patio. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need. The cottage is designed to be self sufficient, and full of natural light. Take a stroll through the alleyways and wander through Alberta park to restaurants and coffee shops. It is a very bike friendly neighborhood. We are also connected by bus lines to downtown.
