Su ubicación, entre mar y montaña la hace especial. El exterior de la planta baja consta de una piscina con ducha y varias terrazas totalmente amuebladas (con tumbonas, mesas, sillas, barbacoa...) . La casa se divide en dos pisos equipados de manera individual. Para más de 5 huespedes, se podrá disfrutar de las dos plantas de la Villa.

Cozy house with swimming pool in the north coast of Mallorca with awesome views to the sea and to the mountain. In it´s garden you can relax and enjoy the incredible mediterraneans´ sunset, with family or friends. The house is divided in two floors. The house is an exclusive place situated less than 1 mile away from Deià, 500yd from Llucalcari and 4 miles from Soller. It is situated in a privilege place called Serra de Tramuntana. The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed
