This house is not for everyone. This is not your flawless and perfect design villa. This a house full of character and life. There is one cat living on the property who will ask for attention. You may or you may not engage but the cat will be around, as she lives both outside and inside the house. The house has a large living area with an open fire place, a terrace, a pool (6 m X 12 m) and a tropical garden. A car is needed to get there and around, as the house is disconnected from the village.

With heated private pool facing pine trees, this contemporary villa at a quiet condominium, is a 15 minutes walk from the beach, or 10 minutes from the typical village of Aldeia do Meco. We ask you to be prudently silent and discreet, especially at night. The noise law applies. Operation permit: 48459/AL

Situada entre a Aldeia do Meco e as suas praias, dispõe de 2 quartos, sala, casa de banho com banheira, cozinha e uma ampla zona exterior com barbecue e relvado. Está integrada numa pequena propriedade agrícola da Padeira do Meco. A zona exterior, aberta para a quinta dispõe de muito espaço, ora privado ora partilhado com os restantes moradores da quinta.
