It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It has a small yard on a quiet street with a huge deck and lots of parking. Our studio style cabana in The Flats has all you need for your time in Kodiak. The 10 minute drive south from the airport is packed with ocean and mountain vistas, and our wooded lot is only steps from Russian Creek. The Cabana has its own parking area and entrance to the property, and shares our private, fenced, one-acre space with our family home and two big, furry, friendly dogs. With downtown Kodiak being just 15 minutes north, our cabana is a perfect base regardless of your adventure!

If you're searching for a breathtaking views over looking the beautiful harbor in Kodiak then this is the place for you! Upstairs, a spacious lofted sitting room with vaulted ceilings has the best views - Relax with a coffee in the morning and if you're lucky you may spot a pod of orcas swimming by. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.

This is the downstairs unit in a 2 story duplex located across the street from the ocean and offers amenities like a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a mudroom and a peaceful atmosphere. Every booking of 5 or more nights comes with a custom processed Wild Kodiak Seafoods frozen red salmon fillet or cod fillet stocked in the freezer.

This small 2-bedroom home has 3 luxury beds (1 Queen & 2 Twins) a full kitchen, bathroom, w/d, entryway, a chest freezer for extra fish & game, and a big back yard. A small family or 3-4 people are comfortable here. ‘Foggy Island’, named for the beautiful fog that drifts in & out, sheltering us. Blissful mist ... a peaceful haven ... this is island life.
