Sleeps up to 4 w/ 1 King sized bed & a single or double air mattress. Our personal Hot tub is available Sept1-May31 with a reservation. A short drive to I-75, Downtown Acworth, Bass Pro Shops, Publix, Red Top Mountain State Park, Lake Allatoona (not walkable), Butterfly pavilion & 9 miles from LakePoint Sports Complex.

Family Lake House with Dock

The Lake House is a fantastic place to spend time with family and friends. We recently remodeled it, with 4 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 12, with 2,950 sq ft of living space. The dock is a 5 min walk down an easy path. The house has two king beds, one queen bed, two sets of bunks, two twin daybeds, & two full daybeds, sleeps 12. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a 65” LED TV with Wi-Fi @ 800 Mbps. We have a 55” LED TV on the patio & 55” LED TV down stair.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats: Immy, Daisy, Briggs, and Stratton (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
