All'interno la baita dispone al piano terra di salotto più sala da pranzo, cantina e piccolo bagno , al piano superiore due camere da letto più bagno. Nelle vicinanze: Lagorai Cima d'Asta, Arte Sella, laghi Levico e Caldonazzo, campo golf La Farfalla, pesca sportiva Lago Stefy, agriturismi, malghe, mercatini di Natale, impianti sciistici Ski Lagorai.

La SUNNY HOUSE è un nuovissimo chalet posto in splendida posizione con vista sulle Dolomiti del Centro Cadore. Raggiungibile comodamente con l'auto, è isolato ma vicino al centro paese. Dotato di acqua potabile (bagno con doccia, lavello cucina),elettricità e riscaldamento con stufa a pellets, è perfetto per trascorrere qualche giorno immersi nella natura ma con tutti i comforts. The house was completed in 2019 and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It features a large double bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with 4 bunk beds, with two bathrooms. Includes beautiful outdoor space and eating area. Close to ski lifts and summer walks. Private parking.

The house is well connected to the public (bus stop 2 minutes on foot) and is ideally located for tours on the Villanderer Alm and throughout South Tyrol.
