Welcome to Grünerløkka! Many people’s favorite part of Oslo - a historic industrial area now home to trendy singles, young families, priests, poets - and parks. Centrally located, my place is quiet, bright, secluded - just a few minutes away from hundreds of local cafe's, restaurants, shops and bars. Take a stroll or break into a run along Akerselva river or in the expansive public parks nearby. Walk, bike, scooter, or ride the "trikk" to anywhere - or stay at home with a book in our backyard.

You will have access to the entire house exept one storage room and the garage. (free parking by the road)

The place is 50 m2 big, on the 3rd floor (no elevator), fully equipped including dishwasher and washing machine. One bedroom with a big 160 cm bed. Living room with fireplace. Within few steps you can enjoy a coffee at Tim Wendelboe's, steel a kiss at the fountain on Olaf Ryes plass, pass the waterfall to a culinary stroll of Europe in one building - Mathallen or see a concert at Parkteatret. And you didn't even leave the hood. ;)

This apartment is perfectly placed between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk, and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 600NOK so we share the cost.

Fantastisk utsikt - Nær naturen

Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige, elegante stedet. Når du kommer inn døren så er du i stuen. Med privat balkong og peis. En sofa og queen size seng. Ta trappen ned for å komme til kjøkken og bad. Kjøkkenbenken er ganske liten, men den har induksjonstopp og stekeovn. Leiligheten passer for en til to personer som ønsker å være nær turterreng og skiløyper. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i naturen. Samtidig kun 30 minutter fra Oslo sentrum med museer og restauranter.

One bedroom with double bed and one single bed. 12 min walk to bus stop, 23 min bus ride to Oslo. 4 km to Sandvika, 8 km to Asker. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Sea view, a few meters to jetty and beaches. Rent single/double kayak. Bikes, fishing gear and tennis gear available for free.
