King size bed & new technology foam offers complete comfort in separate climate controlled bedroom. Heated bathroom floor is a “warm” surprise. Optional seasonal outdoor shower for the adventurous. Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

New construction In the heart of the finger lakes. 1 mile from the Seneca lake wine/beer trail 7breweries and 17 wineries within 5 miles. 1 mile from the Finger Lakes National Forest, 15 minutes from Watkins glen. Lake view surrounding vineyards. Keep an eye on the sky while sitting on the porch and you may see a bald eagle. Don’t be surprised if a deer turkey. Fox etc wander through. No worries if there’s a power outage as all cabins have a backup generator that will turn on automatically.

Country cottage

A cozy cottage located on a rural crossroad right in the heart of the finger lakes. Just off the wine trail with wineries close by. 15 min from watkins glenn and 5 min from dundee. The huose has 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen sized bed and a recliner. Downstairs is a fully furnished kitchen including k-cup coffee maker, microwave and kitchen stove. A large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Living room with couch and recliners.

Waneta Lakeside Cottage

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

WILDLIFE RIDGE - Country cabin between Keuka & Seneca lakes - with amenities. Cute comfy rustic cabin, outdoor entertaining space perfect for a small group or family get together. There are eight beds! Since there is only one bathroom accommodations are limited to a maximum of eight guests. De-stress and enjoy a relaxing country getaway. This is where nature meets amenities. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space located in the country setting of Watkins Glen, NY. The whole house is dedicated to your enjoyable guest experience with 3 king bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, of which the master bath has both a shower and jetted tub. Come enjoy the peaceful setting surrounded by fields and beautiful views. The interior of the house was completely remodeled and painted in 2024.
