Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. This chalet is also a scenic, 15 minute drive to Lake Placid. This charming A-frame is picturesque and reminiscent to the setting of a hallmark movie. Whether you cozy up inside next to the fireplace, gazing out the window at Whiteface, or gather around the fire pit making memories and s'mores, you are going to love this chalet!

We encourage you to enjoy coffee on the dock in the morning! Views from the house vary with the season due to the leaves on the trees. The lake is always beautiful.

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!
