Cozy house offers beautifully refinished original hardwood floors, great covered patio in back and relaxing view of our amazing West Texas sunsets. Within one block of landscaped West Hills park. 2 car driveway for off street parking Walmart, United grocery store, and Walgreens less than a mile away. Easy access to Amarillo Boulevard. + NO SMOKING allowed in the home or on my property, including front yard, patio, back patio and backyard. Garage is not for guest use. I do not host to locals.

Blue Quail Bunkhouse

This awesome little house is just 10 minutes from most of Amarillo. This house is very clean and freshly remodeled. Our guests all agree this is such a relaxing place to stay. The house itself is a small efficiency, 1 room with everything you'll need for your stay. Inside the house is very clean and comfortable but outside is my favorite part. Here you'll find some of the best front porch sittin' around and the sunsets are pretty awesome too! You'll have wide open spaces and plenty of privacy.

Hubbell Duplex "Side B” Historic Route 66 Amarillo

Master bedroom with king bed, 2nd bedroom is very small and only has a day bed and closet. Queen blow up mattress available that will sleep 2. Pet accommodations are $25 for each pet. New Central Heating and Air with Temperature Limiting Thermostat, Limits heat to 80 and A/C to 68. Please read parking instructions.
