Located in the center between the Central Station and the Jordaan. 10 min walk from the C.S. and 5 min to the Jordaan. Lovely modern water villa in the middle of the centre with everything handy. Living room is overlooking the water, large open windows facing the canal, design interior, large dining table, three bedrooms. Many museums, shops, railway station, boat cruise on the canals, plenty of restaurants

Quietly located upper (4th) floor studio apartment in the Jordaan district is this cosy place for 2, with a fully fitted kitchen. It’s in a typical Amsterdam building so reaching the apartment only by stairs. The apartment is completely private and centered on a comfortably living room with ample seating and a TV. The compact kitchen is great for cooking all sorts of meals, and the bed is elevated can be reached by some stairs (see pictures). The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.

Dear people. I'am so lucky to live in my dreamhouse: a loft in an old sigar factory. The high ceilings and open space give an unique atmosphere. The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. Come and stay in a houseboat! We offer a private guesthouse with large dining / living room (including comfy bedsofa for 2) and separate toilet upstairs. Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

Neat and Clean, two floor apartment in historic building (1652), central located in a quiet pedestrian street. Very central and so easy to reach and to explore from, in a quiet pocket of the the heart of the old center. Apartment is plug and play with all you might need, orientation tour is included (where to do groceries, eat and where not and other information you might need over the city etc.) I do not take groups in their 20ties or anybody coming for partying/festivals.

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.

A naturally well-lit 45m2 penthouse. It has a double bedroom, one bathroom, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with an amazing view Total sleeping capacity: 4 people (double sofa bed for 2 guests) For stays of 7 nights or more, there is weekly housekeeping. Additional cleaning services can be booked at an extra cost. Bed linen and towels included.
