Our home is a beautiful all wood home hand built by our family. It is on the Cliffs of the Ca coast and has a blue water view. There are 2 bedrooms, 1.1/2 bathrooms and a futon couch in the living room. There is a full kitchen upstairs, 2 TVs, hard line telephone, and wifi. The Home has a nautical theme. It is very warm and cozy and central to all the fun stuff along the coast: beaches, fishing, diving, artsy towns, whale watching, lighthouses, wineries, golf, Welcome, and enjoy our paradise

Experience all The Sea Ranch has to offer when you stay at our modern Sea Ranch home in a light-filled living space with golden meadow views. Our family-friendly home with 2BR + kids loft / 2BA is located at the north end of Sea Ranch. We are a block to the 7-mile Sea Ranch Bluff trail that spans along the entire Sea Ranch coast and a 5 minute drive to the town of Gualala (stores and restaurants) as well as Gualala State Beach, Del Mar Rec Center, and Sea Ranch Golf Course (currently closed).

Stargaze

Kick back and relax in this stylish and modern space. High ceilings and new finishes highlight this large one bedroom residence. The main living area is open concept with a breakfast bar and space to relax (or do yoga, etc.). All appliances are modern (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher). The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has an on demand water heater. No steps to entry or inside make this a very accessible, level-in dwelling. The living room opens to a private, redwood fenced yard.

Our vacation home is close to the village of Anchor Bay and the town of Gualala. This area of California coast is a hidden gem, where quiet and peace prevail. The home is nestled in the woods but minutes away from countless beaches and spectacular coastline. There are restaurants and dining nearby, plus family-friendly activities, and certainly this is also a truly romantic getaway. Our vacation house is good for couples, families (with kids) and friends looking for a place to connect.

Come recharge in our 1887 Victorian cottage—as featured in the New York Times real estate section in November ‘23–with unobstructed views of the stunning Mendocino coastline. Descend from our beautiful home along a gently sloping, short trail leading directly onto the Van Damme State Park beach. Beach Trail Cottage offers a deep front porch, decorative shingles, and high-pitched roof angles that seamlessly blends the old with the new for an unpretentious yet elegant, inviting space.

Tucked away in the redwoods, this newly furnished home is a serene retreat at Sea Ranch. It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. The main room and the master bedroom are spacious, with views of the forest from every angle. Wake up to a blue water view from bed!! This 1950's beach cottage has been fully renovated. The cottage, sitting on one acre, is on the tree line offering blue water views from the front of the house and Redwood trees in the backyard. The house is close to several beaches and restaurants and is a great romantic get away spot! The renovation offers new kitchen and bath and appliances. New mattresses and flat screen TV’s in 2025!!
