The Cottage at Flourish Farm - 6 mins to Erskine

Enjoy the farm experience or a quiet getaway in our cozy cottage! Designed for maximum coziness at only 192 sq ft, it's the perfect place to get away. While designed for two, we can provide an additional twin mattress. The kitchenette includes a compact fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. The queen size bed next to the fireplace is the perfect place to watch a movie or read a book, or enjoy coffee and sunsets from the rocking chairs on the wraparound porch. We hope to see you soon!

Cozy Cove Cabin in Townville on Lake Hartwell

Get away from it all at Cozy Cove Cabin, a quiet lakefront (Lake Hartwell) property. One-bedroom lofted barn style cabin. It has a full kitchen and a loft area for the kids. We are 16 min from Clemson University for all those home games. Why pay for a hotel when you can enjoy peace and quiet on the lake. Tournament fisherman, we have enough parking for your bass boat and a circle drive to get turned around. There are plug-ins outside, green pond landing 10min away. Book for the Clemson games.

The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Container Cottage

Our Container Cottage is a rustic, former shipping container, now cozy cottage. Enjoy Greenville, SC at the only container home conveniently located to downtown Greenville. Sleep easy knowing that the neighborhood is safe. A fire station is located just a block over. The entire interior of the home is crafted with reclaimed wood. A short drive to downtown. Fenced in yard and dog friendly. Just a street over from a busy highway to which we have no control over the sound that carries over.

Perfect for football fans or a weekend family getaway, it features a master bedroom with queen bed, sleeping loft with two twin beds, and a futon sofa. Tiny "Teensy" lives big with fully-furnished kitchen, compact bathroom, and outdoor seating areas. Watch the sunset from the front porch rocking chairs, or spend a cool fall evening around the firepit. Our quiet and friendly community is also a perfect place for extended work stays.

We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.
