Our cosy cottage includes free wifi, a separate bedroom with a Queen bed, living room, tea and coffee facilities, bathroom and courtyard all of which is best enjoyed feet up relaxing with a cocktail in hand after a long day exploring the coast. Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

The house features a large kitchen area fitted with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Outdoors you have access to an outdoor shower, BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. Plenty of parking space for 4+ cars in the driveway.
