In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Einige Wanderwege führen direkt am Haus vorbei und für eine Trainingsrunde ist innert 2 Minuten ein Sport-Parcours im Wald zu finden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für das Alltägliche befinden sich in Speicher und Teufen, die Stadt St. Gallen ist mit dem Auto in 10min erreichbar. Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft führt über eine Waldstrasse - im Winter 4x4 oder den 10-minütigen Fussweg

Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge

In dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft wirst Du eine tolle Zeit verbringen. Das Apartment liegt in einem 2 Familien Haus im Obergeschoss. Es ist ein eigener Aufgang, Parkplätze und ein Carport vorhanden. In einer Garten Lounge kann man in warmen Tagen so richtig entspannen. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt in Mitte des Rheintals für Wanderungen und vielen schönen Ausflügen. (Fensterblick: Berg Gipfel-Kapf) Oder als Zwischenstopp für die Weiterfahrt in die Skigebiete, Alpen, Süden und den Norden

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

Wer nicht so berggängig ist, kann auch die Bergbahn auf den Säntis nehmen, wo einem ein Panorama mit Blick auf 6 Länder erwartet. Geniessen Sie ein paar schöne Stunden bei uns im Grosswald, wo Sie einen Garten mit Feuerstelle, Pool und Trampolin haben. Wer keine Lust zum selber kochen hat, kann bei uns Essen bestellen (2 Tage im Voraus).

The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. The village centre (public transport, bakery and pizzeria) can be reached on foot in two minutes and is the starting pint for many activities in the region.

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. Ferienwohnung klein aber fein

Unser Haus steht am Rande des Dorfzentrums. Eine grosse alte Birke ist das Wahrzeichen in unserem Garten. Das stattliche Holzhaus wurde vor 140 Jahren im Biedermeierstil erbaut und ist in all den Jahren nur wenig verändert worden. Es widerspiegelt noch heute eine vorausblickende und weltoffene Generation. Ganz in diesem Sinne heissen wir Gäste aus nah und fern willkommen.
