My comfortable home overlooks Lake Karapiro. It has superb, uninterrupted, water, mountain and country views from the deck and several rooms. Sunsets can be amazing and you can see it all while relaxing in the outdoor bath. The home is conveniently positioned to many activities and places of interest eg. Waikato River Trails, Hobbiton, Blue Spring, Arapuni Suspension bridge , Sanctuary Mountain, Karapiro Domain, Takapoto Estate, Riverside Adventures, Deciduus Gallery and Red Barn wedding venue

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Enjoy the peacefulness and serenity this unique location has to offer. Enjoy a refreshing swim , relax in the outdoor bath tubs or try your hand at catching a trout. Enjoy the tranquil sound of nature from every aspect. Hot water via gas califont , flushing toilet , solar power , fridge , unlimited WiFi. Note : cabins location requires travelling down a farm track. If track is wet , we offer a vehicle for transportation down to the location.

Inside our spacious newly renovated Black Cottage, you have a small full kitchen with farmhouse sink, large fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, air fryer, and Nespresso. In the lounge area there’s a smart screen tv- Netflix . Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

Located in the centre of the North Island, this Hobbit-styled accommodation offers privacy and peace. Luxury glamping combines a hot shower and flush toilet with an outdoor fire and a hammock under the grapevine. Created from recycled materials on an organic permaculture lifestyle block complete with pet sheep, ducks on the driveway, seasonal fruit, and friendly greetings from the dog. Quirky and comfortable it is a great base to relax or explore nearby Hobbiton, Waitomo, or Maungatautitiri.

A year old on a working farm, The Linhay has a 4 person spa on a comfortable private deck. Perfect to appreciate natural beauty & birdlife, great if you're biking, fishing or travelling and a great base to explore the area; 45 min to Hamilton Gardens & Zoo, and the Field Days site, 70 min to Taupo and 50 min to Rotorua & Tauranga.

Your own space downstairs separate to the main house. Heat and eat, no sink. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, continental breakfast for your first morning. Queen bed, 50" TV, Please park beside the B&B sign. If arriving in two cars please let me know. Please don't park in front of garage.

We are New Zealand's largest fenced eco-sanctuary, home to 2,500 kiwi which you should be able to hear at night. Your accommodation includes free access for self-guided walks through the Southern Enclosure, or book a tour to get truly immersed in nature.
