The renovation has paid great attention to details and to the history of the Court, using all the original materials, the stones of the walls, the original rafters, everything has been restored on purposed to keep the charm and the taste of the history but without giving up comforts. All the rooms have air-condition and wifi, satellite tv and a wide parking. Weekly claning service and sheets change is included. The Monte Scala Court is located in the Regional Park of Po Delta, on the historical Via Pupilia which connect the houses to the beautiful WWF natural parks Golena di Panarella and Oasi Golena Madonnina Cà Cornera. Few km away is the fascinating Comacchio Vally, the city of Chioggia and Sottomarina, with their typical landscape shaped by the everlasting battle between the Po river and the Adriatic sea. Venice, Ravenna and Ferrara are easily reachable. We'll be happy to help you to organize bicycle daily trips, boat trips, and walks with expert guides. Closed by there are also few riding stables.

The sightseeing continues as silent gondolas slowly pass before your eyes while amazed travelers take photograph from a bridge of a vibrant field one of the widest lagoons in the city. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.
