Close to multiple restaurants, shopping and other entertainment options. The home has a well stocked kitchen with a charming dining room. There is also a large back deck with furniture and a grill. Plenty of on-premise parking with room for up to four trailers and vehicles. This is a second story home so there are stairs to access the property.

Located next to Evergreen Lake/Comlara Park, the hiking and biking trails, boat ramp, and beach are just minutes away.

All bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses. Completely fenced in back and side yard. Cleaned and sanitized with non-toxic cleaners and no perfumes or artificial scents for the allergy sensitive.
