This Cabin comfortably sleeps 10 people with 2 bedrooms, a loft, 2 baths, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a finished garage area for socializing. Enjoy a BBQ on the patio while playing lawn games. Six daily passes, lake Okoboji access, outdoor pools, a swim-up bar, an indoor waterpark, a gym, an arcade, and on-site dining.

Neighborhood pool across the street and indoor/outdoor water park, arcade, gym (remodeled in 2020) and on location bars/restaurants are a 5-minute walk or short drive away. Six free waterpark passes each day.

Includes 6 passes daily to water park, walking distance to Bridges Bay restaurants and lake access. Over-sized patio with Weber gas grill. Extended driveway for up to 4 cars (street parking not allowed). Washer/dryer available in unit for guest use. Booking guest must be 25 or older, parties not allowed.

Welcome to Castaway Cabin - the perfect vacation get away for your family! This 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home sleeps 8 and is located on an over-sized lot with a tree-lined backyard for extra space for outdoor fun! It is an easy walk across the street to the community pool and the fishing pond. It includes six daily passes to Boji Splash waterpark and access to additional amenities such as the the Family Arcade, zipline, fitness center, basketball court, and two waterfront restaurants.

Intimate Suite at Stay Suites with a private patio. We have added several suites to the former 316 building. Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Park, just off Hwy 71 south of the Ritz. We are steps from the public beach and dock. We are 4 blocks from the downtown strip area, you can walk to the night life. You can access our roof top patio on the west side of the 2nd level. This is open to all guests, but you do have your own small deck right off your suite.

Beautiful rural acreage with private "bunkhouse" located minutes from the Okoboji Iowa Great Lakes, Historic Spencer, and the Clay County Fair, the world's greatest county fair. There is plenty of parking for your boat with a public boat ramp just 1/2 mile away.
