The compact, sunny Workshop studio apartment is 7 min walk to Arrowtown's vibrant main street, full of cafes, restaurants and shops. Semi-self contained. A miniature kitchen has essentials for breakfast and pre-prepared meals and your own bathroom with very generous shower. Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.
