Tacoma Landing • Bright, Modern, Central

Our home is located in Central Tacoma. It is fully furnished with 2 beds, an open living & dining room, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom & outdoor firepit area with a grill. This is the top level of a home that has been turned into a duplex. We rent out both spaces on Airbnb and the backyard is a shared space between both rentals! We use surveillance cameras around the exterior of the home for security. There are no cameras in the home as that would violate Airbnb’s policy.

North End Cottages - The Carriage House

North End Cottages welcomes you to kick back & relax in stylish cottages (built in 1904 and recently fully renovated) located on a coveted dead-end street in North End Tacoma. Situated near UPS & the hospitals, North End Cottages is within 5-15 minute walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and more. North End Cottages consists of two separate houses on one property, The Main House and The Carriage House. Guests may book one or both under separate listings.

The master suite has a cozy queen bed and large screen SMART TV & DVD player - along with a mid century desk/office space. The guest room has a twin bed. This owner occupied, 2 bedroom, downstairs suite is located in the North End Tacoma, Proctor & Ruston area.

Peaceful Bavarian Cottage & Hot Tub in the City

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!

Welcome to Lakefront Living in Gig Harbor! Enjoy the serenity of the lake from a comfortable single-story, three-bedroom home. The home is decorated in neutral, soothing colors with light touches of lake décor. Pedal around the lake (seasonal use May-Oct) in the home's 2-person pedal boat (life jackets provided), enjoy our SUP or kayaks on the lake or relax on the deck with something cool to drink while dinner is on the barbeque.
