Next to the Swim Spa, you'll find a Barrel Sauna-a charming space to experience the benefits of heat and steam, a refreshing Cold Plunge is also available :) In addition to these wellness amenities, Peach Tree Retreat features a well-equipped gym, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines while enjoying their stay.

Our historic bungalow is in the quiet Five Points neighborhood, less than a mile from downtown Asheville and less than 1/2 mile to UNCA campus. There is a keypad private entry to this walk-out suite. Guests can access the yard and gardens, a covered porch with a swing bed, and an outdoor dining area. There is off-street parking. Walkers enjoy proximity to downtown, the Botanical Gardens, the Reed Creek Greenway, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. There is also sauna/cold plunge availability.

Or if you are exploring the area then it is the perfect home base for adventures in the mountains or to Asheville for breweries, dining or shopping.

The Understory: Cabin with Outdoor Tub and Sauna

Welcome to The Understory. Nestled deep in the rhododendron covered woods, this romantic hand-crafted tiny home offers you a peaceful and memorable stay just 15 minutes from both Asheville and Black Mountain. The comfortable living space includes a rain shower, king sized bed in a lofted sleeping area, cozy wood stove and a full kitchen. Surrounding the cabin is a large deck with a table and chairs, a luxurious soaking bathtub, and a patio equipped with a fire pit and propane grill.

Relax and unwind in our thoughtfully restored, locally focused guest house. Indulge in your private four-person barrel sauna and a refreshing cold plunge tub, meticulously cleaned and refilled between each booking. Nestled on a hillside in the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Hickory Hilltop Hideaway offers a peaceful escape just minutes from all that Asheville has to offer. Enjoy the barrel steam sauna, cozy accommodations, & a range of thoughtful amenities designed to make your stay as relaxing as possible. PSA: there are 2 other AirBnBs in the area so you may run into others. The property manager lives on property so if you need anything, reach out! We also have friendly goats in the backyard.

Enjoy cool mountain evenings in front of the gas fireplace or the solo stove on the patio! There is also a fenced yard for your furry friends-dogs only please ($75 pet fee)
