The Shearer's Quarters

Step off the treadmill and into a piece of Australian history. Nestled beneath ancient river gums and with absolute river frontage, the Shearer's Quarters is located only 15 minutes from the thriving town of Goondiwindi. Situated on a working sheep farm, it is the perfect haven for relaxing, star gazing, fishing, bird watching, kayaking, reconnecting with nature or just breaking that interstate drive. Comes with basic cooking facilities, fridge/freezer, fire pit, fans, heating and wifi.

Bingara Bungalow: Relaxing escape close to river

Fresh, airy and spacious Bingara Bungalow is the perfect base to explore Bingara, or sit and enjoy the comforts of its central location. The beautiful Gwydir River is a block away where you can swim, kayak and watch the world go by. Local horse-riding tours are a few minutes walk away, and you’ll often hear the sound of horse hooves walking up the street. The main street, iconic Roxy Theatre, pubs, and shops are a block away. Melness Cottage

Melness cottage is a comfortable studio style accommodation on a 2500 acre farm 33km out of Goondiwindi. The cottage is separate to the main house and you will have private entry. It is only 300m from the highway to our entrance. There is a fire pit area to enjoy during your stay and the creek is a short walk from the cottage. For meals there is a microwave, Weber BBQ, bar fridge, kettle and toaster. A few basic breakfast supplies can be provided.

We’re located just a 5-minute drive from Woolworths, restaurants, and local pubs, making it easy to stock up on supplies or enjoy a meal out. Liberty on Brae

Welcome to Liberty on Brae, the perfect little cottage retreat offering a comfortable and relaxing stay, located only 500m from town centre. Ideal for couples, families or contractors seeking short term stays. Spacious main bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with king single and third bedroom offering two king singles. Self check in with lock box and off street parking. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and all linen provided.

The Lodge@Tomaree - 2 bedroom

The Lodge@Tomaree is a self contained, two bedroom, two bathroom guesthouse that shares our one hectare block. Lovely views over Inverell; suitable for couples, families and business travellers. House trained dogs are welcome on request. Fenced yard with paved area, lawn, small garden and a clothes line. Parking space (not under cover). Rachel's Cottage.

Rachel's Cottage was built my my great grandfather around 1898. The family lived there until my great Aunty Rae died in 1986. We repurchased it in 2004 in a very derelict state. We have renovated the cottage, keeping the original style as much as possible. The kitchen and bathroom are accessible via a small covered verandah. We welcome a pet or two but there are strict conditions for this and approval must be sought first.

McLean Street Guest House

Enjoy the convenience of our secure, self-contained and spacious unit on a one acre block in the middle of town. A five-minute stroll will get you into town to find cafes and shops and then you can return to the peace and quiet of the bird filled backyard. The pool area can be used in summer and the deck is warm on winter mornings. We live in the adjacent house and are happy to help with whatever you need.

Guesthouse with a View - “Triggervale”

Triggervale Guesthouse is an ideal rural retreat only 5km from the CBD, yet overlooking all of Inverell. It is a place that celebrates its rural setting. “Triggervale” is a semi detached self contained guesthouse - designed by award winning architect Tim Ditchfield - that wraps around a mature garden and pond with windows and glass doors capturing light and views on both sides.

Killarney Cottage is a fully renovated mid-century cottage, set in the New England's peaceful countryside. It is set on 6 acres, just 15 minutes west of Inverell & 20 minutes from Copeton Dam. Relax in a tranquil, rural setting with no close neighbours & only the dogs, chickens & wildlife for company. You may even be lucky enough to see one of our resident koalas!
