The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.

Welcome to our peaceful and private studio. Enjoy magic views of the harbour whilst relaxing by the pool, listening to bird song and toasting the sunset. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday or de stress after a busy day. According to the NZ Herald 7/9/2017 we are the 5th most wish listed Airbnb in New Zealand. Our place is waterfront, close to parks and great views. The bay we're situated at is tidal, and there is a lovely boardwalk close by. You’ll love our place because of the views, the ambiance, and the location. Our place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids older than 7 years). We have a Jack Russell dog and a cat.
