The holiday flat is located in the green, near the Mount Sciliar, close to the lake Fiè. The flat is very spacious and has a private garden and an infrared cabin as a sauna. In summer it always stays cool even when it is very hot. Behind it lies the Völser Bach stream in front of a spruce forest, which is part of the Schlern Rosengarten Nature Park. The apartment is starting point for fantastic hikes in the Dolomites. The proximity to the Alpe di Siusi makes it ideal for skiing and snowboarding.

Wir bieten unser Haus in Alleghe an. Es liegt direkt im Zentrum am alten Dorfplatz. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Metzgerei, Sportgeschäfte sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Liftstation und den See erreicht man zu Fuß in 2 bis 3 Minuten. Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Zudem gibt es einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
