Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Fully furnished tiny home located in the heart of historic old town San Dimas. Our tiny home is within walking distance of downtown where you’ll find Local coffee shops, Antiques shops, historical sites, restaurants and museums. This tiny home sits directly behind our home that was built in 1894 and is centrally located just a few miles from all surrounding universities , the foothills, the Fairplex and about 30-45 minutes from Disneyland and most SoCal attractions. An executive rental, minutes from public transportation and highways, we're offering a home away from home when traveling. Cozy private guest suite in great neighborhood with own private entry to unit. 1 Bedroom studio w/ queen size bed. Futon is also available in the studio for a third person. Refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave are provided in the kitchenette. Along with disposible plates and cups. Bathroom is stocked w/ toilet paper, towels, shampoo and soap. An iron and blow dryer provided for your use. Guest area is private with own private patio. You are provided with one off street parking.

This cozy studio is attached to the main house. Guests have the whole place to themselves with private entrance. Fully furnished, kitchen for basic cooking, 1 Queen size bed, Wi-Fi, Alexa and Swimming Pool (not heated) ***. Guests private entrance is through side gate. (key will be in lockbox). Parking is available on street. *** 18 and older. Not suitable for children*** (The pool is for registered guests only.) Visitors who are not staying on the property are not permitted to use it.

COZY Guesthouse in Covina-Private Bath/Own Entranc

This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. Hi, I’m Lea. I hope our 180° Mountain View House can provide a pleasurable trip! We have two individual units with separate bathroom. Units are on opposite ends of the house with separate entrances. Drones are not allowed on the premise. No smoking is allowed on the premise. The use of marijuana or any other drugs on the premise of the property is strictly prohibited. There will be a $200 fee charged for any evidence of smoking and drug use on the premise.
