Little Red Studio - 5mins walk to waterfront&cafes

This light filled studio is tucked away in a private area of our property and is the perfect restful escape for just yourself, couples, or small families. The studio has a Scandinavian summer house style featuring red weatherboard with white trimmings and a pergola. It is 5 minutes walk to the Sandgate waterfront, good cafes, and local bars. Little Red and our home have recently seen some changes. For Little Red, guests will now benefit from a private yard, and a new outdoor covered patio area.

This special place is close to everything, Comfortable 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment, with full kitchen, Lounge / dining area with garden views. Patio and tropical garden with sitting area. A 1 min walk to waters edge of Bramble Bay & 5-6min walk to Grocery, restaurants, cafes, bus & train. Maximum 2 guests, unfortunately no children. As we share the garden space, no hosting of guests / events / gatherings on the property. There is a lovely park with BBQ ‘S a 5 min walk on the esplanade.

“Robyn’s Nest” 100m walk to waterfront

Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in the stunning bayside suburb of Shorncliffe, 17 kms north of Brisbane CBD. The ‘Sunday Sleep-Inn’ is a spacious self-contained studio situated on the ground floor of our renovated Queenslander home. We keep the door locked between the studio and the house and there are no shared areas. There is private external access and ample street parking. Surrounded by natural beauty, with parks and waterways on our doorstep and a 10 min. walk to Shorncliffe train station.

We live in a quiet neighborhood. This unit is suited to a working couple or mature people. The self contained unit is attached to the main house. It is large & airy with lovely country views, ample off road parking, private patio and enclosed back garden. Quirky, quaint and cosy 120+ year retreat for a couple. This charming studio-style barn is a delightful blend of upcycled treasures, new & vintage comforts with a lot of charm. Through a rustic gate, past a secret garden, up 8 stairs and into a high-ceilinged space, eclectic craftsmanship and wooden rafters greet you. Sandgate station, less than 700m away is only 3 stops from the BEC. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and beachfront. Brisbane Airport is 15 minutes away by car.

Brighton Palms Guesthouse

Hidden among the palms is our fully self contained private guesthouse. Relax in this stylish abode which is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking to explore the Moreton Bay region. Take your morning coffee for a walk in the nearby park or venture on a brief drive to Flinders Parade to tour the beach and enjoy the local seafood. The Red Door Cottage

Separate fully self contained "Granny Flat" with its own entrance off an easement; set in a beautifully lush garden. There is generally plenty of street parking with a walk generally no more than 30 to 40 metres up the easement to the gate which opens on to the "Red Door" of the cottage. When parking please be aware of the bus stop at the end of the easement; Queensland laws stipulate a 10 metre clearway in front and 20m clearway at the rear of the bus stop.

Yarrawarra - Central Sandgate

Yarrawarra Cottage is a quaint two-bedroom house that is a stone's throw from the Sandgate beachfront esplanade and just a moments walk to the heart of Sandgate village. With two bedrooms, full kitchen, lounge, dining, bathroom/laundry with washer and dryer, and expansive deck. One minute walk to the water and five to ten from all Sandgate has to offer. As we live in a separate house on site with our family, no events/parties/gatherings are allowed.
