Cantollas Balamban Ancestral House is one of the preserved family homes that reflect local heritage and traditional Filipino houses in Mauban, Quezon. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, living and dining rooms, at the 2nd floor. It has large capiz-shell windows with sliding panels and an open-air veranda. It’s a 15 minute boat ride to Cagbalete beach and a few minutes aways from natural falls. The stores and local eateries are walking distance. Provincial life at its best!

IVA Lodge Entire Property - Perez, Quezon, Alabat

IVA Lodge is a small modern lodge with small town charm located in Perez, Quezon Province Island of Alabat. This is not beachfront but it is near the beach about 7-8 mins walk. There are many beach resorts in the area which are open for day or night trips. They usually charge $1-3.00 per person to get in but there is a long shoreline which is free. Rate listed is for maximum of up to 16 adults and 3 kids or 19-20 person. seven years old and below are free.
