Relax with your friends and family at this peaceful place on Balsam Lake. Balsam Lake is a 1901 acre lake located in the village of Balsam Lake, Wisconsin. The maximum depth of the lake is 37 feet inhabited by Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Walleye, and Northern Pike. The public boat landing and public beach is located right across the street from this private apartment overlooking the lake. It is located 21 miles from Saint Croix Falls and 65 miles from the Twin Cities. Polk County Permit ID #77021

Feel like you are sitting in a tree house while you enjoy the screen porch overlooking the serene lake. Cozy up by the real wood fireplace. Pets welcome for a $90 fee.

Located on Big McKenzie this beautiful log cabin offers a gentle grade to the lake, fantastic fishing, and a private beach. The perfect place to create memories with your family and friends! Our cozy cabin is located under tall pine trees on a beautiful, northern lake where loons and eagles frequent. Wood Lake is easily commutable - 80 miles from the Twin Cities. Swim and fish off the dock or pontoon during the day, and sit in front of the stone fireplace at night. The Cabin has been completely remodeled, with a modern kitchen and new furnishings. It is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi with access to many streaming services. The Cardinal Cabin is the perfect lakeside retreat!
