We have secure undercover parking and outdoor space to enjoy a BBQ or glass of wine on the balcony overlooking Monument hill. A short walk to Nouriell park to enjoy the Murray river. The unit has a private entry, with sensor lighting for night entry. Located close to supermarkets, shopping areas and only 15 minutes from Albury, 38klms from Beechworth and 1 hour from Mount Beauty. Very quiet area.
