This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Lagoon Landing is a beautiful waterfront four bedroom home that accommodates 8 guests. This newly renovated home has two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen, dining room, and living room all have beautiful views of the canal and the Kawkawlin river. The property has 50' of canal frontage that allows our guests to dock their boat.

Great Location in the Bay City, West Side.

Our stairs leading up to the second story walk up are very steep. We are located in the city, so occasionally traffic sounds, as well as some - depending on the season - outside entertainment going on in the historic district. Our place is right above a bar/grill where the kitchen closes at 10 p.m. and the bar is usually closed at 11 p.m. unless there's a special event, etc requiring a little later close.
