This mid-century modern home is comfortably situated in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and is private - it is not actually a "treehouse" though seems like it in its natural surroundings. It is near many interesting landmarks in the town, including: St.Johnsbury Academy, the Athenaeum, and the world famous Fairbanks Natural History Museum and Planetarium.

Inside you will find an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, tv room, 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and 2 bathrooms with showers.. We are 15 minutes from St. J and 25 from Littleton. Striking distance to lots of fun stuff. For skimobilers, there's a trail from the cabin that connects with the VAST network.

Bike to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. It's an easy drive to Burke Mountain, Kingdom Trails, Jay Peak, and Canada! Minutes from I-91 and I-93.

The Shed at Cozy Bnd is new, will accomodate 2 adults, quiet and cozy. Located just West of Larrabee's Building Supply in West Danville, VT. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is located directly behind the property for 4 seasons of recreation. This is a great trail, free for all to walk, hike, bike, ski, snowshoe and snowmobile. Centrally located in Northern VT, Burke Mountain, Jay Peak, Stowe are all very accessible from here for a day trip or dining. We look forward to meeting you soon.

NEK Getaway

Which ever season your adventure belongs to, Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom (NEK) is a must-do. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this rural, yet centrally-located private apartment in a historic 1800s home. This updated, budget-friendly space offers a one-night minimum, yet more comfort than the big box capital C Inn down the road! Ideal for skiing, mountain biking, leaf peeping, relocation, or just passing through. Plenty of parking for trailers or multiple vehicles

The Loft at River's Edge w/hot tub!

The Loft at River's Edge is a private, spacious, second floor river view apartment at the end the hosts' main house. Views of the Connecticut River and Vermont's mountains are breathtaking. Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."

This comfortable and clean private space is within walking distance to many local attractions, including the St. Johnsbury Academy, the Fairbanks Museum, Catamount Arts, and the St. Johnsbury Athenaeum, as well as shopping and restaurants. Burke Mountain, Kingdom Trails, Dog Mountain and more are just a short drive away. Bike and ski storage is available.

It's located 9 minutes south of downtown Littleton and 11 minutes north of Cannon Mountain. Whether you're visiting for winter sports, leaf watching, mountaineering, or Polly's Pancakes, we're close to the action.

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.
