Feel secluded in this cozy two-bedroom cottage, just 2.5 mi. from I-75, 5 mi. from LakePoint Sports, and minutes to downtown Cartersville. Enjoy the screened porch listening to the birds in the towering trees. The kitchen is fully equipped. There's on-demand hot water and WiFi. The beautiful lawn features a fire pit, ample parking and security lighting. It has a stepless entry, 36” doorways, roll-in shower, portable toilet safety rails and roll-under bathroom sink. We are just 6 miles from LakePoint sports complex (10 minutes) and 1.5 miles from historic downtown Cartersville. Our home will sleep 10 that includes two pallet beds. Bunk beds are adult size. If you have other sleeping requests we will be happy to try to accommodate you. 3 TV’s with Xfinity and Wifi plus the bunk room has an additional TV for gaming. Dogs friendly, back yard is fenced. walking distance to Dellinger Park which offers Walking/running trails, tennis courts and play grounds.

This charming barn studio is nestled in the country side of Adairsville Georgia. Guest can enjoy a hillside view of our beautiful catch and release pond where you are invited to fish. Wildlife is abundant here, common visitors are ducks, geese, herring, rabbits, and deer. We live on this property and love meeting new people and are happy to answer any question you may have.

Private garage apartment located downtown Cartersville. Free WiFi, parking (one car), fire pit access, fast walk to shops and restaurants. If you have more than one car or a trailer it will need to be parked off the property. There is a large church parking lot down the street available.
