The bedroom has a queen size bed and cupboard space. Large lounge dinning area with a double pull out sofa bed. It is well insulated with heating and cooling and has a great outdoors area with BBQ

We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.

Island Ranch is set on 100 acres on the beautiful Phillip Island, with secure off street parking & keypad locked gate access for security. Not only will you love the tranquillity and ease of access to tourist attractions, we are 6.8km from the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and within 5 mins of the beaches, cafes, wineries & great bushwalking. We have two Air BNB's with approx 20m between them at the rear (see photos) with access to both from the shared driveway.

7.5 hectare property with main house and self contained purpose built 1 bedroom cottage with queen size bed, bathroom with spa overlooking private garden with water feature, lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast hamperon arrival, veranda front and back overlooking paddocks and dam, car port. Property has a push button farm gate at entrance. There are bikes to ride and the dam is stocked with fish. Silver Perch and Trout bring your own fishing rod.
