This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Immerse yourself in the quintessential Vermont experience at Storeybrook Farm. This rescue horse sanctuary is located amidst rolling hills, mountain vistas and a tranquil pond. "The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

Guest space is the entire first floor of 47' round house with six foot picture windows which allow a 180 degree views on a private half mile on the Connecticut River. Extensive gardens, 30' private guest porch overlooking sandy beach and natural swimming vortex. 4 kayaks, firepit on river's edge, rope hammocks on riverbank. Northlight studio, queen bed ,and foldout couch,divided from bedroom by curtains. Small kitchenette and dining room area.

Up a charming dirt road past Brushwood & Fairlee Forests with hiking, biking and ATV trails nearby. Lake Fairlee is a scenic 10 min drive; 15 min to Lake Morey & I-91 and 30 min to Dartmouth College. Enjoy the glow of the rising sun and beautiful views above the fog, unwind in the hot tub surrounded by the magical woods and wildlife of Vermont.

Off Grid Tiny House

This sweet little house is great for those who want to get away from it all. It's like camping but with many more creature comforts. The house has hot and cold water in the summer but is off for the season now, end of October. The house does not come with sheets and towels but if you need that, please let me know and I’ll make that happen for a small fee ($15)! Great for kids! Mountain biking and hiking locally and right out your door. 10% veteran discount. Spectacular and cozy in the winter.

This classic Vermont farm estate has everything that description implies: end-of-the-road privacy with breathtaking views, where the only sound is the wind rustling through the leaves. The manicured gardens, stone walls and quaint but luxurious home seem plucked from classic American folklore. Nestled in the NEK, our cabin provides a quintessential Vermont experience. With magical views, two decks, a patio, a fire table plus rustic fire pit, you will never want to leave! Inside you will find an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, tv room, 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and 2 bathrooms with showers.. We are 15 minutes from St. J and 25 from Littleton. Striking distance to lots of fun stuff. For skimobilers, there's a trail from the cabin that connects with the VAST network.

Quirky house originally built in 1810 and added onto in the late 1800s. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

Beautiful Cabin in the Trees

A beautiful open-style loft cabin in the woods of New Hampshire, near Partridge lake. The lake access point is nearby. The cabin is close to I-93, which provides access to White Mountain hiking trails and Littleton town center. Use of grill, fire pit, kayaks, and SUPs included in rental. Please note: 1. There is no TV or wifi. 2. Loft access is via a "ladder," see photos. 3. Pets are welcome, but will be charged a 50 USD cleaning fee. 4. The driveway is fairly steep and icy in winter.
