Tucked away in town, this lovely historic 1200 sq ft, two-bedroom, one-bath house has been recently remodeled. Featuring 9 ft ceilings and central heating/air, you will be greeted with all new paint, appliances, and fixtures. From the kitchen to the bathroom, everything has been carefully updated. Located just a block off Main Street, it’s a peaceful walk to downtown where you’ll find local shops and restaurants to enjoy, or relax on the front porch, and appreciate the Adirondack chairs.

Beautiful land w/ eagles behind our home and lake access! Our lake house has A LOT of room! Almost 2000 sq feet to enjoy inside and outside spaces. Perfect for families and pet friendly. A key feature is how many it will sleep and the TVA land that is right behind us leads to a beautiful view of the lake. We have a King bed and comfortable Queen beds in the spare room. If you have extras coming, plenty of sleeping areas. Extra living space in the sunroom and game room with pool table.

Enjoy the most unique getaway in the area. The Farmhouse opened in August 2018. This silo converted into a home will sleep 4 people. A fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bar with seating for 3. Large bath with laundry. One queen bed downstairs and two twins upstairs. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place located at Beaver Lake (Rankin Lock) on the Tenn-Tom Waterway.
