Mosquito Squad services. Strictly enforced NO pet/NO smoking policy. The lake has no public access and no wake policy. Base price is for 2 guests and each additional person is $45 per night. Exterior security lights and Tesla charrger. Birkie/holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay.
