Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

The Garden Cottage has electricity supplied by solar energy and inverter with back-up batteries during scheduled national power outages. A modern and beautifully decorated house, nestled in Hout Bay, with magnificent views of the mountain. This is a great place for singles or a couple. There is a queen bed that sleeps up to 2. The staircase down to the house is steep so is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Upper Constantia Greenbelt

The property is situated adjacent to the beautiful Bel Ombre greenbelt with spectacular views down the valley as well as the lower lying Cape flats with the Hottentots Hollands mountain range as a backdrop. We have also installed an off grid power generation unit which means we are no longer affected by Load shedding.
