The first floor includes a king bedroom with private bath and bikes for trips to the pool, fitness center, or pickleball! On the second floor, enjoy open-concept living, kitchen and dining spaces. Ride to the downtown waterfront (5 bikes) or rented golf cart. Or enjoy the community dock, pool, clubhouse, and lake, in the neighborhood....Have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail down by the dock.
