Our home is located on Rte 414 10 miles to Corning or Watkins Glen. The beautiful back yard allows for a campfire (wood ), sunbathing and playing games. Explore the creek bed that leads to a stocked trout stream. Visit the goats at the farm. Kids born 3/25There is a slope from the parking to the house. Two TV's are connected for your convenience. Parking is off 414 with ample space for 3 cars. This remodeled home has hard wood floors, custom kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops.

Inside, the sleeping lofts have a Queen and a Full bed. The futon opens into a skinny Full. The bathroom boasts a tankless water heater, full size tub, and standard toilet. A full sized fridge and 3 burner stove are available. Come enjoy a perfect mix of peaceful seclusion and adventuring in the FLX!

Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Large boulder fire pit, park style grill and picnic table for your enjoyment. Wild apple trees, blueberries and wildlife all around. 50 acre lake for fishing or paddling and trails for walking.
