Off the main road approximately 1/10 of a mile with no traffic in front of the house. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and grill, also corn hole for outdoor fun. Located in Southern WV's Dinning, Shopping and Medical hub you will be conveniently located near all amenities but still very close to Nature's Playground! This is a moderately sized but cute cottage, approximately 1400 square feet. No dining room but has a kitchen bar that folds out into a table. For those looking for a quick rest, we are less than 1 min from I-64/I-77.

Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.
